The longterm value of a cooperative approach toward cave management suggests that all interested organizations are welcomed and encouraged to participate.  The National Cave and Karst Management Symposium is sponsored by the organizations that participate in the NCKMS Steering Committee. Co-sponsorship for the Symposium is open to other agencies, organizations, businesses, professional organizations, interest groups, and individuals.  Co-sponsorship provides the host organizations with funding to supplement registration fees as well as needed equipment or services.
